Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PDF to CAD Converter, a service owned and operated by MTTenterprise Inc. By accessing the website, uploading a file, creating an account, purchasing credits, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the service on behalf of a company, client, firm, or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Service Overview

PDF to CAD Converter allows users to upload PDF drawings, scanned PDFs, blueprint images, and related files for conversion into CAD-ready DXF, DWG, or DGN outputs. The service also includes CAD viewing, drawing previews, conversion history, team access, subscriptions, drawing credits, checkout, billing portal access, support, and related workflows.

Definitions

ServiceThe PDF to CAD Converter website, application, conversion service, viewer, and related features.
DrawingAny PDF, scan, image, DXF, DWG, blueprint, plan, drawing, title block, annotation, or related file uploaded to the Service.
OutputAny generated DXF, DWG, DGN, preview, thumbnail, metadata, or conversion result.
CreditsPre-purchased drawing units that can be used for pay-as-you-go conversions.

Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate account and billing information.
  • You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
  • You may not share accounts in a way that bypasses plan, team, or rate limits.
  • You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
  • We may suspend or restrict accounts used for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, security attacks, or violations of these Terms.

Your Files and Required Rights

You retain ownership of your uploaded drawings and generated outputs, subject to any rights held by your clients, employers, licensors, or other third parties.

You may only upload files that you are authorized to use, convert, store, and download. Do not upload confidential plans, regulated materials, export-controlled technical data, third-party drawings, or client files unless you have the required permissions and have confirmed the Service is appropriate for that use.

Conversion Accuracy and Review

CAD conversion quality depends on the source file, scan resolution, contrast, layer structure, geometry, text, raster content, and drawing complexity. Outputs may require manual cleanup in CAD software.

You are responsible for reviewing all DXF, DWG, DGN, preview, and measurement output before using it for estimating, permitting, fabrication, engineering, construction, compliance, or client delivery. PDF to CAD Converter does not provide architectural, engineering, surveying, legal, or construction advice.

Usage Limits and Fair Use

Free, guest, subscribed, credit-based, and team usage may be subject to upload limits, drawing limits, file size limits, batch limits, rate limits, conversion timeouts, priority handling, and output format restrictions.

We may apply stable user, device, and IP-based controls to protect the service. You may not bypass limits by changing browser details, network details, accounts, cards, emails, or other identifiers.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Paid plans, sheet credits, and checkout are processed through Stripe. Prices, plan limits, included sheets, and credit packages are shown on the pricing and checkout pages and may change for future billing periods.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal when available. Drawing credits are not cash, do not accrue interest, and may be used only within the Service.

Refund Policy

Because the Service provides digital conversion capacity, file processing, downloadable outputs, and immediate access to paid features, payments are generally non-refundable once a conversion, credit fulfillment, or subscription benefit has been delivered.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented delivery, contact [email protected] with your account email, Stripe receipt or invoice, and conversion details. We review refund requests case by case.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload malware, illegal content, or files designed to disrupt the Service.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, files, conversion records, links, systems, or service areas.
  • Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, benchmark for competitive abuse, or resell the Service without permission.
  • Do not use outputs in safety-critical workflows without independent professional review.
  • Do not misrepresent converted output as professionally verified by MTTenterprise.

Privacy and Security

Our handling of uploaded files, outputs, account information, payment metadata, device signals, email, and retention is described in the Privacy Policy. You agree that we may process files and data as needed to operate, secure, improve, bill, and support the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, file storage, email, payment processing, CAD conversion, analytics, security, and support. Stripe is used for payment processing. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we select providers needed to operate PDF to CAD Converter and process customer workflows.

Intellectual Property

MTTenterprise owns the Service, website, software, branding, conversion workflow, user interface, documentation, and related intellectual property, except for your uploaded drawings and generated outputs. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service according to these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect conversion accuracy, complete geometry reconstruction, exact scale preservation, compatibility with every CAD program, or suitability for any specific professional, regulatory, construction, or safety purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTTenterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, project-delay, construction, engineering, or third-party damages arising from use of the Service or outputs. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal risk, violation of these Terms, or conduct that could harm the Service, users, MTTenterprise, or third parties.

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and applicable Canadian federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].

These pages are written to describe how PDF to CAD Converter operates. They are not legal advice. For account-specific requests, contact [email protected].
